We recommend waiting 4-6 weeks between wax appointments, but if you need to see us sooner for a freshen up, we certainly will accommodate you. Does it hurt? Bottom line, you're pulling hair from the follicles, so yes it will be a little uncomfortable. To ease the pain, exfoliating the area in the shower before your service. Also, we recommend you to drink water the day of your appointment and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior. If it is your first time and you find it uncomfortable, it gets easier every time.
